English exams I help with
From primary school to adult learners, find your exam below to see how it's assessed, which boards I cover and how lessons can help.
Common questions
Which exam board is my child studying?
Your school can tell you, and it's often on their website or exam timetable. If you're not sure, I can help you find out during our free call.
Do you teach both English Language and Literature?
Yes. Many students study both at GCSE, and lessons can cover one or both depending on what you need most.
Can you help with coursework?
Yes, within exam board rules. I can teach skills, discuss ideas and give general feedback, but the final work must be the student's own.
When should we start preparing?
For the 11+, around Year 5 is ideal. For GCSE and A-Level, the earlier the better, though it's never too late to make a difference.
